The screw folding machine is the abbreviation of the screw folding sludge dehydrator. It is a water treatment system widely used in municipal sewage treatment projects and petrochemical, light industry, chemical fiber, paper making, pharmaceutical, leather and other industrial industries.
The actual operation proves that the spiral sludge dewatering can create considerable economic and social benefits for customers.
Structural principle
The main body of the dehydrator is a filtering device formed by overlapping the fixed ring and movable ring, and the spiral shaft runs through them. The small movable filter gap formed between the fixed ring and the movable ring filters the filtrate, and the inner cavity formed by the spiral shaft and the ring sheet is filled with flocculating particles, which is compressed to the end back pressure plate during rotation and forms mud cake. The spiral shaft rotates and drives the traveling ring to move up, down, left and right continuously to clean the filter seam and prevent clogging.
Working principle
After gravity thickening in the thickening section, the sludge is transported to the dehydration section. In the process of advancing, with the gradual reduction of the filter seam and screw pitch, and the blocking effect of the back pressure plate, a large internal pressure is generated, and the volume is continuously reduced, so as to achieve the purpose of full dehydration.
Equipment features
1. It is suitable for dehydration of high and low concentration sludge. When dewatering sludge with low concentration (2000mg/L? 9? 1), it is unnecessary to build a thickening tank or a storage tank to reduce the construction cost, phosphorus release and anaerobic odor generation.
2. It does not block, reduces flushing water consumption, saves water charges, and reduces the internal circulation burden caused by the backflow of cleaning water.
3. The electric control cabinet, flocculation mixing tank and dehydration main body are integrated to reduce the floor area, and the installation is simple and convenient.
4. The dehydrator is basically in closed operation, and the treatment is stable and timely, so as to reduce the on-site odor to the standard and improve the working environment of workers.
5. Realize fully automatic 24-hour operation and reduce labor intensity of operators
6. The spiral shaft has low running speed, 2-3 revolutions per minute, low power consumption, and reduces vibration and noise.
7. The body is almost made of stainless steel, which can greatly extend the service life. Only the spiral shaft and traveling ring are replaced, with a long service life
8. The daily maintenance time is short and the maintenance operation is simple.
