It is the latest equipment for sludge dewatering. The equipment adopts low-speed mechanical extrusion. There is no filter cloth or sludge orifice in the whole device. The spiral body has self-cleaning ability and can easily realize oily sludge dewatering without blocking. It is widely used in municipal sewage treatment projects and water treatment systems in petrochemical, light industry, chemical fiber, paper making, pharmaceutical, leather and other industrial industries.

Working principle

First, the sludge raw liquid is input into the "V" measuring tank of the dehydrator through the sludge pump, and part of it returns to the sludge raw liquid tank, and the measured sludge enters the flocculation tank. The sludge enters the flocculation mixing reaction tank, the flocculant is injected into the drug injection pump, and the two liquids are fully mixed to form a large alum, which then flows into the filter body, which is driven by the variable frequency motor. The sludge flowing into the filter body enters the thickening section first, quickly separating a large amount of flocculated sludge from the water, and then pushing the sludge to the dewatering section. In the dewatering section, the relative movement of the fixed ring and movable ring and the continuous increase of the pressure in the filter chamber are used to achieve efficient dewatering, and the sludge is continuously discharged out of the machine.

Matters needing attention

1. The machine shall be regularly overhauled, lubricated and overhauled at least once every six months.
2. No objects shall be placed on the top cover of the screw stacker to avoid accidents after driving.
3. The operator is familiar with the structure, performance and operation method of the machine
4. During normal operation, do not brake the opening/closing arm to avoid damaging the flange belt and other parts.
5. Before starting the machine, turn the lobster sauce to check its operation.
6. In case of any abnormality during operation, the power supply shall be cut off immediately and the brake shall be stopped for inspection.
7. The feeding shall be evenly distributed to avoid excessive machine vibration caused by excessive eccentric weight.
