Working Principle

After the manufacturer completes the equipment purchase, manufacturing, assembly, debugging, and trial operation, the user only needs to install the intelligent automatic dosing device in the dosing room, and connect the metering pump outlet to the dosing pipeline, the metering box inlet and outlet, and the water inlet pipe. Wait for the connection, and send the control cabinet power supply and detection instrument signals to the control cabinet to start and put into operation. This can greatly reduce the workload of on-site construction, avoid many errors caused by intermediate links, effectively ensure the construction period and project quality, and reduce the trouble and loss of users.

Structure

The device adopts a jet mixer to disperse the medicine or powder with high-speed water power to increase the fineness, increase the contact between the medicine or the powder and water, and reduce the dissolution time. The equipment is prepared by a three-tank overflow combination, Maturation and dosing, use gravity and solubility to produce the difference in the specific gravity of the solution, automatically separate the dissolved and undissolved ones, and then stir them with a low-speed stirrer to improve the uniformity of the solution.

Packing and Delivery

1. Waterproof packing with the international export standard by 20ft, 40ft, 40hp container. Equipment Fittings, Electric Motor and Power Cabinet will be packed in Wooden Case or Iron Box. Other Equipment will be packed by Color-Stripes Plastic Cloth.

2. The whole plant machinery size are large as normal, so we will use Waterproof cloth to pack all of them. The motor, gear box or other easily damaged parts, we will put them into box. We have a professional shipping department, they will try their best to save your container quantity.
