Liyi mooney viscometer for industry rubber
Usage:
Liyi rubber mooney viscometer is an instrument used for measuring the mooney viscosity of a substance (mainly elastomers and rubbers). It contains a rotating spindle and heated dies, the substance encloses and overflows the spindle and the mooney viscosity is calculated from the torque on the spindle.
Design standards:
GB/T 1232, GB/T 1233, ISO 667, ISO 289 ,ASTM D 1646, JIS K 6300 etc.
Features:
Liyi rubber mooney viscometer is used for testing reclaimed rubber or gross rubber viscosity, scorch and vulcanization index, etc. Computer control, data display, automatic calibration, it is a precision labrotary test instrument of rubber industries.

How does this viscometer work?
The rubber sample into the mold cavity is almost entirely enclosed and maintained at test temperature, the mold cavity are of two parts, of which the lower part with a small linear reciprocating movement (swing oscillation), oscillatory shear specimen produced strain determination is the reactiontorque of the mold cavity (force), this torque (force) depends on the shear modulus of rubber.
