1. Basic Principles:
Lithium-substituted lead-acid batteries operate through lithium-ion insertion/extraction between electrodes.
During charging, lithium ions release from the positive electrode and embed into the negative electrode via electrolyte; during discharging, ions return to the positive electrode while electrons flow externally to power devices. Unlike traditional lead-acid batteries' lead-sulfuric acid chemical reactions, this mechanism enables higher energy conversion efficiency.
