The V-deck motorized wagon an electric driven material transfer vehicle which is running on the rails. It is designed for material handling from one bay to another in the working site. As the rail transfer vehicles are equipped with steel wheels and move on steel rails, and the very low friction between steel and steel, the rail transfer vehicles are suited to very high loading capacities.
V-deck motorized wagon are powered by the cable reels. The flat carts get power AC 380V through the device of cable reel which is installed at the bottom of the cart. The motor is controlled by the power through the AC control system. We use this principle to operate the carts, for example, start, stop, go forward and backward and so on
Metallurgical Motor - Y series metallurgical motor is suitable for frequent starting.
Cable Reel - With a large adjustment range for take-up torque, constant tension after adjustment and stability, good synchronization performance.
Suitable for working in high temperature, explosive and flammable environment.
