Electromagnetic compatibility test
Basic introduction
The full name of electromagnetic compatibility test (EMC) is Electro Magnetic Compatibility, which refers to the comprehensive evaluation of the electromagnetic interference (EMI) and anti-interference ability (EMS) of electronic products in the electromagnetic field. It is one of the important indicators of product quality. The measurement of electromagnetic compatibility consists of test sites and test instruments. At present, in order to properly protect wireless communications and computer information control, major advanced countries in the world have mandatory requirements for electromagnetic interference (EMI) generated during product operation or for the appropriate electromagnetic anti-interference ability (EMS) itself. For example: FCC in the United States, VCCI in Japan, C-Tick in Australia, CE Mark in Europe, BSMI in Taiwan, and CCC in China. For electronic information products that are about to enter the country, they must be applied for and tested before they can be imported and legally sold.
