FANUC High Rigidity High Torque CNC Lathe HTC40B 45 Degree Integral Slant Bed CNC Lathe For Metal
HTC 40B series slant bed CNC lathe is mainly used for cutting of internal and external cylindrical surfaces, internal and external conical surfaces with arbitrary taper angle, complex rotary internal and external surfaces, and cylindrical and conical threads of shaft-type parts or disk-type parts, and it can be used for grooving, drilling, reaming, reaming, and boring processing.

Rigidity is raised by 50% through enlargement of bearing,increase of spindle span,shortening of belt pulley overhang and new sliding tailstock structure.

2,Large torque
Torque is increased by 38.4%
3,Enhanced specification
Standard configuration of A2-8 spindle is realized forthe specifications at the same price, cutting diameter isincreased to Ф 400mm, swing diameter is increased toФ 600mm, maximum load carrying capacity is increasedby 30%, and heavy cutting of single side is 6mm.

The product adopts A2-8 spindle with increased spindle torque and enhanced bearing specification to provide more power and rigidity.

Overall tilting machine tool body

HTC40B adopts rib-shaped design of 45° overall body optimization, and brings better chip removal effectand higher rigidity.

Guide rail tailstock

Tailstock of HTC40B is configuredwith sliding guide rail integratedwith machine tool body,telescoping sleeve and manuallocking and features good rigidity

Servo tool post

The product adopts servomotor driving for indexing,features high accuracy andhigh reliability and is able tomeet the requirements onhigh performance and fasttool change requirement.

2-axis feeding

X-axis and Z-axis adopt servo motor for driving,and direct coupling with ball lead screwis realized through elastic shaft coupling,so that users obtaingood machining accuracy andstable machining performance.

Integrated spindle encoder

The special spindle encoder has cancelled synchronous belt drive mechanism sothat malfunction rate hasbeen effectively reduced.
