The product features single-spindle headstock, adopts overallspindle unit, reduces power lossof mechanical transmission, andfeatures fast and stable startup,low temperature rise, smallthermal deformation and highaccuracy.

Overall tilting machine tool bed HTC40E adopts integral bed of 30 ° angle of obliquity,so that force bearing ismore stable during cuttingoperation. Bed materialadopts high density castiron, and features highstrength and good shockabsorption.

Servo tool post The product adopts servomotor driving for indexing,features high accuracy andhigh reliability and is able tomeet the requirements onhigh performance and fasttool change.

Guide rail tailstock

HTC40E tailstock is configuredwith sliding guide railintegrated with machine toolbed, telescoping sleeve andmanual locking and featuresgood rigidity.
