1. Description
Our company is a professional manufacturer of producing chucks for CNC lathe and laser cutting machine.
The solid feed chuck is designed for laser pipe cutting equipment. Rapid clamping and loosening action can be achieved through a gyroscope intake at the end of the collet. The air intake is rotated by a gyroscope equipped at the end for quick clamping and releasing action. The gas source is supplied continuously during operation.
The clamping force of the laser rotary chuck is large enough, and the clamping pipe can be maintained stable, suitable for high requirements of fine close pipe equipment. The rigidity of the chuck jaw is higher than the factory claw, its accuracy can be maintained for a long time, and there will be no claw bending deformation or even affect the phenomenon of rotary accuracy. Compared to similar products on the market, our company's chuck is more efficient, lower energy consumption.
