Custom printed samples with your own logo require sample charges. 2. What logo file formats do you accept? AI, PDF, EPS vector files are preferred; high-definition JPG / PNG images are also acceptable. If youhave special font requirements, kindly inform us of the exact font name. 3. Do I need to pay mold fees for reorders? No, we will permanently store your custom molds, no repeated mold charges for repeat orders. 4. What is your production lead time? 4-7 working days for in-stock blank goods; 10-15 working days for custom out-of-stock items, leadtime varies based on order quantity. Rush urgent orders are supported, contact us in advance forpriority arrangement. 5. Can you produce items based on my exclusive design?
