Each set of bearing plates is made of fully hardened steel plate, which is a heat-resistant and wear-resistant steel plate with high strength, high hardness, and high homogeneity. After years of testing and research, it is specially provided by Saint Company as a special steel plate for hot press machines in electronic factories (CCL, PCB). The working temperature of CCL and PCB hot press machines is generally between 180 ℃ and 230 ℃, while the tempering temperature of ordinary steel plates before leaving the factory is roughly set below 150 ℃. The bearing plate made of ordinary steel will release new thermal stress in the high-temperature and high-pressure environment of the hot press machine, causing deformation and bending of the steel plate, which will affect production.
