Working Principle
This ball mill operates with four grinding stations, accommodating two or four milling jars on a single rotating platform. As the turntable spins, the jars undergo high-speed planetary motion, generating intense impact and friction between the grinding media and materials. This mechanical action efficiently reduces particles to ultrafine or even nano-scale powders (as fine as 0.1μm). The system supports both dry and wet grinding methods, catering to a broad range of material types.
