Introduction
It is used for testing the moisture absorption and heat generation performance of textiles, and can also be used for other temperature inspection tests.

Product Features
1. Use high-precision temperature sensors;
2. Four-channel detection, supporting simultaneous testing of three samples;
3. Generate temperature variation curves during the test, and automatically calculate the results to produce a report.
Control system composition
1. Temperature measurement: Pt100 platinum resistance;
2. Control Device: Programmable temperature and humidity controller TEMI580. It can display the set parameters, time, heating element and other working status, and also has the functions of automatic test operation and PID parameter self-tuning. Just setting the temperature can realize the automatic operation function of the refrigeration machine. The control system uses an intelligent control software system, which can automatically combine the working conditions of refrigeration, heating, etc. subsystems, thereby ensuring high-precision control within the entire temperature and humidity range and achieving the purpose of energy saving and consumption reduction. The complete detection device can automatically perform detailed fault display, alarm, such as when the test chamber has an abnormality, the controller automatically displays the fault status.
3. Screen display: Set temperature; Measured temperature; Heating status, time, temperature curve, and various alarm indications.
4. Accuracy setting: Temperature: 0.1℃
5. Program capacity: 100 items, total program segments: 1000 segments, maximum single-step program duration: 99 hours and 59 minutes; Programs can be looped and linked between each other.
