Product Introduction
This series of machines is specially designed for the large-diameter workpieces in industries such as fans and blowers. It features a hard support, horizontal design, and is equipped with roller support, universal coupling drive, variable frequency motor with variable frequency converter for speed control. Data processing is carried out by an industrial control computer. The screen displays the imbalance value, phase angle and real-time rotational speed in real time. The bed is made of integral casting, ensuring good stability. It is widely used in industries such as fans and blowers and can perform balance measurements on single, double, and multiple correction surfaces. It has the advantages of high efficiency, accurate precision, intuitive display, reliable quality, and convenient maintenance. The software includes two calibration functions for common workpieces and standard rotors. It overcomes the defect that users of other hard support balancing machines have difficulty in self-calibrating the equipment. It also has multiple measurement methods and functions such as coupling compensation, and offers all parameters input, preview, experiment, result storage, printing, and operation through a Chinese-ized menu structure, human-computer dialogue, and automatic prompts.
