SPA-5600 Atmosphere Plasma Cleaning Machine,it is a product of surface cleaning, activation and etching in atmospheric pressure environment. It is usually equipped with jet jet nozzle. It mainly deals with materials with small area, high precision of processing track and many edges and corners.Plasma cleaning as a product surface printing, packaging, fitting, coating, welding, viscose, coating process, is an important part of product upgrading, capacity expansion, cost reduction.

1. Military-grade hardware design, the operating environment temperature range can reach -25ºC-50ºC, adapt to different harsh scenarios, MTBF (mean time without failure) time can reach ≥190Khrs mil-hdbk-217f (25ºC);
2. Digital control, digital display, real-time monitoring, strong anti-interference;
3. Using Ti brand phase shift full bridge soft switching circuit, the efficiency of analog hard switching circuit can be improved by more than 10%, the response time is less than 0.1s, strong anti-interference;
4. Adopt imported Ti brand PFC power factor control chip, maximum power factor up to 0.99;
5. Equipped with ST brand ARM chip, man-machine interaction is simple and clear, powerful remote debugging and communication function, seamless connection with any application scene, self-developed software for intelligent judgment and coordination of real-time data collection, can achieve power self-matching, stable without change;
