1.Description
Intelligent Touch Viscometer is an upgraded alternative to the original digital viscometer, which adopts a powerful human-computer interaction interface with a 7-inch high-definition touch screen, easy to operate, displaying a wealth of information, and is a kind of intelligent liquid viscosity measuring instrument. The instrument adopts ARM chip processor to control the speed of stepping motor and the whole measurement process, under the control of computer program, it automatically completes the measurement of liquid viscosity, and the result is outputted by the display screen, which has the features of compact structure, stable work, high measurement accuracy and good anti-interference performance. The instrument can be used to measure the viscous resistance and absolute viscosity of the liquid, widely used in coatings, inks, resins, adhesives, petroleum products, cosmetics, food and other industries and scientific research units.

* 7-inch high-definition touch screen, easy and convenient operation, directly display viscosity, speed, torque, rotor at the current speed can be measured under the maximum viscosity value and other information
* Built-in high-precision electronic level meter, the screen directly displays the level of the instrument, easy for the operator to quickly adjust the level of the instrument.
* Magnetic rotor disassembling mode, reduce the damage to the small shaft when disassembling the rotor, the small shaft is more durable.

* Overcome the drawbacks of domestic instruments that can only be sampled once in one revolution, and realize the technology of multiple sampling in one revolution.

* Stepping motor direct drive, no noise, easy to change speed, good reliability and no jitter phenomenon.
* Viscosity value display continuous change, beyond the measurement range with alarm sound prompts
* Full-range linear correction, measurement accuracy of ± 1.0% of the full scale.
* For thixotropic non-Newtonian liquid, the instrument's timing function can ensure that good consistency of data.
* Tempered glass base, durable and easy to clean.
* ARM chip processor, faster data processing speed.
* Multiple viscosity units are interchangeable; automatic conversion of dynamic viscosity and kinematic viscosity.
