1.Description:
The BGD 570/571 electronic universal material testing machine is a new type of material testing machine that combines electronic technology with mechanical transmission. It features a wide and accurate loading speed and force measurement range, and has high precision and sensitivity in the measurement and control of load and displacement. It can also conduct automatic control tests of constant speed loading and constant speed displacement. It is simple and convenient to operate, and is especially suitable to be used as a detection instrument for controlling product quality on the production line. This series of models is mainly applicable to the tests of non-metallic and metallic materials with a test load of less than 20KN (BGD 570) or 50KN (BGD 571).
This electronic universal material testing machine is mainly applicable to the testing of metallic and non-metallic materials. Such as rubber, plastic, wire and cable, optical fiber and cable, safety belts, seat belts, leather belts, composite materials, plastic profiles, waterproofing membranes, steel pipes, copper materials, profiles, spring steel, bearing steel, stainless steel (and other high-hardness steels), castings, steel plates, steel strips, non-ferrous metal wires, tensile, compressive, bending, shearing, peeling and tearing A variety of tests such as two-point extension (an extensometer is required separately).
Main performance characteristics:
* Conforming to standards: ASTM D 903, GB/T 16491, GB/T 1040, GB/T 8808, GB 13022, GB/T 2790, etc
*The imported photoelectric encoder is adopted for displacement measurement
*The controller adopts an embedded single-chip microcomputer structure
* It is equipped with powerful measurement and control software, integrating the functions of measurement, control, calculation and storage.
*It has the functions of automatically calculating stress, elongation (extensometer or large deformation required), tensile strength and elastic modulus, and automatically statistics the results. Automatically record the force value or elongation at the maximum point, fracture point, and specified point;
*The dynamic display of the test process and test curves is carried out by computer, and data processing is conducted. After the test is completed, the curves can be magnified through the graphic processing module for data reanalysis and editing, and reports can be printed. The product performance reaches the international advanced level.
* Elastic modulus, yield point, fixed residual strength, fixed elongation, fixed force deformation, maximum strength calculations can be carried out. There are also special professional calculations, such as conveyor belt peeling calculation, yield point elongation calculation, etc.
* By selecting a professional testing machine measurement and control system, the closed loop of force value, deformation and position can be achieved, enabling the electronic universal testing machine to conduct arbitrary curve control tests, such as low-frequency cycling (fatigue) tests, step tests, and force value holding (creep) tests.
