BGD 8200 Salt Spray Chamber Automatic Liquid Supply System
1.Description
Long time salt spray corrosion test need to consume a lot of brine solution, and salt spray corrosion equipment from the design of the brine tank volume is limited, need to test personnel regularly replenish the brine solution.BGD 8200 series salt spray chamber automatic liquid supply system can be a good solution to the problem: it is not only according to the system's prompts, simple, fast and accurate preparation of brine solution in line with the standard requirements, but also in the process of the test It can also automatically stir the brine solution at regular intervals to prevent the precipitation of solutes in the solution caused by the decline in the concentration of the brine solution and blocking of the salt spray machine solution delivery pipeline. In addition, the automatic salt spray chamber liquid supply system can also supply multiple salt spray test chambers at the same time.
The system mainly consists of solution tank, quantitative pure water adding system, brine concentration and brine PH value online monitoring system (BGD 8200/3), timed brine mixing system and salt solution delivery system.
Increase the box pressure, the bottom of the test chamber using stainless steel square tube welded into a frame structure of the keel bottom frame, box bottom installation of universal Foma load-bearing casters to facilitate the movement and positioning of equipment.
