Refractory clay insulation castable composed of refractory lightweight aggregate, powder, binder and admixture and other components. Clay insulation castablehas characteristics of small volume, high compressive strength, good acid and acid gas corrosion resistance, good insulation performance, low water absorption.

Fire clay insulation castable is made from different types of lightweight aggregates, powders, binders, clay and swelling agents. Clay insulation castableis a very good new thermal insulation and energy-saving material. Fireclay insulation castable has high strength, small bulk density, low thermal conductivity, good heat insulation performance and convenient construction, and is applied to various heat insulation parts of kiln.
Clay insulation castable has good heat preservation performance and strong integrity, so it saves energy, over 20%, than ordinary refractories. With high refractoriness and spalling resistance performance, it has long service life.
