Vehicle structure: The mixer truck is usually composed of chassis, mixing tank, mixing device, feeding system,
discharging system and control system. The chassis is generally used for heavy trucks or special chassis

blade or the stirring shaft to rotate. Mixing speed and time can be adjusted according to the type and
requirements of concrete.
Feed system: The feed system includes components such as the feed hopper and conveyor belt to transport
the concrete raw material into the mixing tank. The hopper is usually removable for easy material loading.
Discharge system: The discharge system generally includes discharge doors and discharge chutes, etc.,
which can unload the mixed concrete to the construction site. The opening and closing of the discharge
door can be operated by the control system.
