This 0.8mm fiberglass cloth is made from fiberglass fabric with a satin weave, making it more effective when it comes to medium to heavy welding sparks. Lightweight and heat treated satin fire blankets also offer a higher level of resistance to thermal shock than most other textured fabrics, as well as having a hairless texture which helps to prevent skin irritation.

This medium weight texturized cloth has gone through a special heat treatment, which enables it to provide high quality thermal and acoustic insulation. Heat Treated Fiberglass cloth can be utilized within a wide temperature range up to 550C (1000F).
The fabric is suitable for a large variety of applications. It can be used as lagging, padding, removable jacket, thermal insulation covers, welding blanketetc. Also, it is a great option for fire control system.
