Why Low Dew Point Dehumidification?
In many industrial processes, especially those involving sensitive materials, precise control over humidity is crucial. Low dew point dehumidification is necessary to prevent: 

  • Moisture-related damage: Corrosion, mold growth, and other issues can arise from excessive moisture. 

  • Product defects: In manufacturing, moisture can affect the quality and integrity of products. 

  • Process disruptions: Certain processes require extremely dry conditions to proceed optimally. 
  • Desiccant Dehumidification:
    These systems often utilize desiccant materials (like silica gel or molecular sieves) that absorb moisture from the air. The desiccant is then regenerated (dried) by heating it, and the moisture is expelled. 

  • Refrigerant-Based Systems:
    Some systems use refrigeration to cool the air below its dew point, causing condensation and moisture removal. These systems may also incorporate reheating to prevent condensation on surfaces. 

     Applications

    • Lithium Battery Manufacturing:
      Low dew point environments are essential for the production of lithium-ion batteries to prevent moisture from affecting the battery's performance and safety. 

    • Pharmaceutical Industry:
      Dry rooms with low dew points are needed for the production and packaging of medications to maintain their stability and efficacy. 

    • Cleanrooms:
      Low dew point conditions are often required in cleanrooms to minimize particle contamination and maintain a sterile environment. 

    • Other Industries:
      Low dew point dehumidification is also used in the food processing, electronics, and aerospace industries. 


JETEX low dew point dehumidifier 

   The zeolite runner, a special synthetic zeolite absorbent implanted in ceramic fiber matrix. Due to zeolite's ultra-small pores and strong heat resistance, the runner is suitable for low dew point applications.
