The automatic insulating glass processing line is used to making double glass, triple glass and step glass for windows, doors, buildings, ships, high-speed train windows and so on. Insulating glass processing line contains the glass washing machine, the pressing and filling gas machine. Now, we have normal IG line without filling gas, IG line with filling gas, IG line with air floating and super fast speed IG line with filling gas.

• The line has 7 sections: 01 transfer section; 02 washing machine; 03 discharge section; 04 inspection and installation section; 05 transfer section; 06 pressing and filling section; 07 discharge section
• PLC control system, touch screen interface
• Using Siemens servo motors
• Applicable to produce double glass, triple glass
• Step glass with optional edges and shaped glass
• Can fill argon gas automatically
