For the wrong action or non-action caused by some abnormal signals during the gluing process, please take the emergency stop button for processing or hold down the alarm reset button on the touch screen for 5S before initiating the device or reenergizing the device for further operation.During the gluing process, no one is allowed to enter the close range of gluing to avoid injury.Do not use hand or other tools to approach any sensor of the device during the gluing process to avoid misoperation.Unloading in automatic operation must be carried out in the lower section (the end). It is forbidden to remove the coated glass from the discharging section (the middle).If the machine is stopped after gluing, cleaning must be done to prevent the black glue from solidifying in the mixer. Wait until the extruded glue is completely white to stop; Note: wait until the very clean white glue comes out!Pay attention to keep the equipment clean, especially the glue nozzles and transfer belt.
After gluing begins, adjust according to the corresponding parameters to make the machine achieve better gluing effect.After gluing, enter the cleaning mode. At the operation panel, press the cleaning button to start. The light will turn green until the white glue A is discharged. Press clean to close, after mixing glue pressure relief, the head automatically rotate 0 degrees, and then shut down.Enter the bar width in the following list and the machine will automatically call the parameters based on the bar width.Set the glue base speed, the larger the parameter, the faster the glue speed.Glue reference depth: the default is 5mm, easy for system calculation, do not modify.Glue base width: the default is 9mm, which is convenient for system calculation. Do not modify.Two-cavity reference width: the default is 9mm, convenient for system calculation, do not modify.The saturation of each edge refers to the single-side adjustment of the speed without changing the base speed and the pressure of the hydraulic station.Enter the glass length. If you are online, you do not need to enter the glass length.In the pressure screen of the hydraulic station, input the pressure, 3-10mpa, and then point the pressure to determine. Set the pressure.After everything is ready, begin to glue the glass, in the glue process, is to rely on the scanner to control the amount of glue. The steps to calibrate the scanner are as follows.Then enter the current detector value at the opening time of detector 3, and the maximum depth value of detector 4 is 18, with the position between 0 and 18mm.
