Product Introduction  of Double Glazing Glass Production Line

LJBZ2535G double glazing glass production line is mainly applicable to the production of double glazing glass, triple glazing glass and step glass. It can press two insulating glass at the same time for the glass below 1.5m, and realize the function of two insulating glass filling argon gas at the same time.It can realize on-line gas filling and automatic detection of argon content. Other special sizes and requirements can be customized according to the specific requirements of customers. This new IG line uses air floating technology to transfer glass by air holes instead of transfer wheels.

• Air-floating technology to transfer glass(To prevent the glass from being contaminated by wheels and leaving traces to improve the IG production’s high quality.)

Technical parameter

• Two pieces of IGU could be pressed and filled gas in once time, each IGU could fill argon gas over 90%

• Can be better prevented the pressing part to be out of shape by pressing two pieces of IGU in once time. Can reach 27s for each 1m*1m double glass, improving work efficiency highly

• High-speed IG processing line, we have obtained patent rights in China in 2019

• Solving the problem of waiting for working on the sealing robot. Installing two spacer frames for two IGU by one workman

• 01 transfer section

Coating detection mechanism, automatic detection of offline Low-e film

• 02 washing machine

Main feature:

• Using 6 pieces of soft brushes with 0.1mm soft hair, can wash low-e glass

• Pre-washing (Optional)

• The air knife can automatically adjust the width of the air knife according to the thickness

• New air knife uses aluminum profile (Duckbill Air Knife), the size of the air outlet is adjusted by the aluminum profile duck beak. This can reduce the number of adjusting screws, ensure that each screw is not loose, and avoid the resonance of the air knife.

• The operation box with washing speed display, can accurately display washing speed (8-10m)

The new structure of this section is changed to an inline beam lifting structure (double beam). It is easy to inspect and wipe the glass

• Automatic measurement of glass thickness. It can be used according to actual needs when working.

• 06 pressing and filling section

Main feature:

• Ultra-long (2500mm*3500mm) insulating glass can be compressed twice

• Automatically fill argon gas with significant sealing effect, higher argon content

• Set zones to fill different size of glass with follow-up sealing method reduces argon loss

• Can set gas value and show the process of filling gas on the touch screen

•Adopts conveyor belt to transfer glass, uses servo motor to press glass

• The pressing plate can be opened for easy maintenance

• Pressing board with adjustable structure to guarantee long-lasting service life

• No need to drill holes on the spacer frame
