1. The silicone sealant spreader is equipped with Yaskawa servo motor, servo control system and touch screen. The operation is more convenient and intuitive, real-time display of technical parameters, simple and intuitive, stable and efficient.

2. The silicone sealant extruder can be connected or used independently.

3. The gearbox is divided into four parts. The glass can be stored in advance, which can effectively reduce the waiting time of the glass and effectively improve the efficiency

4. Automatically identify glass size, automatically detect glue depth and automatically adjust glue coating speed

5. Automatic memory function.

6. The corners of the glass are full, without bubbles, and the glue output is precisely controlled.

7. Synchronous belt drive to ensure smooth glass transportation and accurate positioning

8. It can seal three-layer, double-layer hollow glass, special-shaped and f4 side stepped glass

9. The parts processing center is highly standardized and interchangeable, which improves the convenience of maintenance and ensures the long-term stable use of the equipment;

One Set of Pump A & Pump B

Equipped with two sets of A components and two sets of B components, which can be used for two kinds of different sealants, such as silicone rubber, polysulfide rubber, silicone structural adhesive and so on

Dyad Body Device

The dyad body device has two functions. The left one is used for filtering impurities and moisture when filling gas into , then the right one plays the role of lubrication.

The Device of Sealing Part

Adopt Japan YASKAWA servo motor to control the sealing part with 360°rotating. Setting scraper blade to scrape out extra glue and no need to repair glass corners by second time.

Intelligent Sensor

Automatically position the glass and sensor glue deep, the coating speed can be adjustable online.

Eight Servos

The robot uses eight YASKAWA servos, four of them control transmission parts, in the another four servos, they control sucker, lifting, driving and revering mechanism and rotating.
