1:1 condensation curing silicone rubber with operating temperature range of -40℃ to 180℃. Ideal for bonding and sealing household appliance panels, brackets, and pendants (including induction cookers).
Huitian 4061 is a two-component room temperature vulcanized (RTV) silicone rubber that offers a perfect blend of high performance and reliability. This 1:1 condensation curing system is available in black/white paste forms and is designed to provide an elastomeric adhesive layer upon curing. Ideal for bonding and sealing applications in various household appliances, Huitian 4061 ensures durability and longevity, making it a preferred choice for manufacturers seeking top-tier adhesive solutions.

Directions for Use
Surface Cleaning: Thoroughly clean the surfaces to be bonded, removing any rust, dust, or oil stains to ensure proper adhesion.
Mixing Ratio: Mix components A and B in a weight ratio of 1:1. Adjust the ratio only after conducting trials to ensure compatibility.
Gluing: Mix the adhesive components according to the specified ratio and apply immediately for bonding.
Curing: Allow the bonded parts to cure naturally in the air. Higher ambient temperatures will reduce the curing time. Avoid heating the material above 55°C to prevent internal defects.
Store Huitian 4061 in a cool and dry place at temperatures between 8-28℃. The product has a shelf life of 9 months when properly stored.

Use in a well-ventilated area to minimize odor exposure.
In case of skin contact, clean the area and rinse with water. If contact with eyes occurs, rinse immediately with water and seek medical attention.
