Product use:
This series of whole fiber low temperature car furnace is a national new type, energy saving, environmental protection heat treatment equipment, super energy saving structure, mainly suitable for low chromium balls, rolls, ductile iron, flanges, auto parts and other products tempering heat treatment. At the same time, it is also suitable for drying and roasting products in chemical industry, powder metallurgy, precision casting and other industries. This series of products has the advantages of good safety, excellent energy saving effect, good temperature uniformity, etc. It can replace the firebrick electric furnace commonly used in the heat treatment industry at present.
※ Product Features:
1. The new energy-saving ceramic fiber module structure of the furnace lining is 15-30% less than that of the traditional furnace, and the service life is as long as 5-8 years.
2. Trolley walking and furnace door lifting are electric, stable operation, simple operation.
3. The heating element is made of high resistance electric heating alloy tape wound into wave shape, the surface load can reach 1.6~2.0w/cm2, the service life can reach 3~5 years, the resistance tape material :0Cr25A15
4. The car, furnace body and furnace door are sealed with double sealing mechanism of electric cylinder and spring compression, which has high sealing performance, greatly saving energy consumables and reducing the use cost.
5. The control system is composed of microcomputer intelligent program controller and thyristor module, and its control accuracy can reach 1℃ to ensure the product process temperature curve.
6. The operation system of car access and furnace door lifting adopts self-locking device to prevent workers from misoperation and damage to equipment.
7. The bearing part of the trolley is made of high strength and high aluminum heavy brick.
8. Integrated rail, a small number of products can be used without the foundation of the direct layout of the ground plane fixed, simple installation.

1. The temperature recorder can record the temperature curve of the whole process of work, and can choose the mid-circle chart recorder or the paperless recorder.

3. The trolley can be designed to automatically turn over, which is convenient to improve the quenching speed of the product.
4. The top of the furnace can increase the hot air circulating fan, which can improve the uniformity of the furnace temperature of the equipment.
