How rubber air springs work

When the vibration load decreases, the height of the rubber spring increases, the inner cavity volume increases, the stiffness of the rubber spring decreases, the effective bearing area of the inner cavity air column decreases, and the bearing capacity of the rubber spring decreases. In this way, within the effective stroke of the air spring, the height, inner cavity volume and bearing capacity of the air spring have a smooth and flexible transmission with the increase and decrease of the vibration load, and the high-efficiency control of the amplitude and vibration load. The stiffness and bearing capacity of the spring can also be adjusted by increasing or decreasing the air volume, and an auxiliary air chamber can also be attached to realize automatic adjustment.
