Application:
It is use to check whether the terminals with screw and screwless terminals can bears the mechanism force under normal operation. Mainly use to judge whether the design and structure of screw clamping terminals meet the requirement of clamp the conductors without excessive damage.

Normal Test
1. Scale adjustment: Unlock the fixed nut of the scale position, adjust the fixture to the required height for the test and fix it.
2. Center adjustment: use the wire hammer to find the center of the turntable. Here we need to correspond to the shape of the sample, so that the leading-out terminal of the sample is alignment.
3. Sample installation.
3.1. The connection terminals are connected to the corresponding wires, and clamp and fix the fixtures after installing.
3.2. The wire are through to the corresponding bushing and install the corresponding counterweight.

4. Normal test steps:
4.1. Preset【Test Time】according to standard requirements, press<to select the preset time, then pres▲Upward or▼Downward to select the required value, and then press[SET] to confirm, time display format is 99hours 59minutes59s.(Every time the test time is changed, the reset button should be pressed to eliminate the test time which set before.)
4.2. Press【Start】button, the device starts to run, the turntable rotate at a rate of 10r/min., after reaching to the【Test Time】,the test automatic stop and with sound prompt.
4.3. Press the Yellow reset button to remove the voice prompt. After the test is completed, the switch of the circuit breaker should be pulled down and cut off the power supply.
4.4. Conclusion: During the test, the conductor shall neither slip out of the clamping unit nor break near the clamping unit, nor shall the conductor be damaged in such a way as to render it unfit for further use.
