The TPS53647 is a high current multi-phase buck controller. The device provides built-in non-volatile memory (NVM) and PMBus interface. This product is compatible with the NexFET power stage (CSD95372BQ5MC). The TPS53647 provides 8-bit startup voltage selection with an output voltage range from 0.5V to 2.5V in steps as low as 5mV, making it ideal for high-current applications with precise output voltage settings. It has advanced features such as D-CAP+ architecture, supports undershoot attenuation (USR) and overshoot attenuation (OSR), enabling fast transient response, minimal output capacitance and high efficiency.
