Technology Introduction

Brief introduction of full temperature range PSA (FTrPSA) technology
The traditional pressure swing adsorption (PSA) technology is suitable for the separation and purification of mixed gas with a certain separation coefficient. However, for the components with low separation coefficient, the traditional PSA technology can not effectively separate them. At the same time, it is difficult to match the adsorption and regeneration for the components with too large polarity and strong adsorption capacity.
Full temperature range PSA (FTrPSA) technology is a method based on pressure swing adsorption (PSA) and can be coupled with various separation technologies. By using the differences of adsorption separation coefficients and physicochemical properties of different components in materials at different pressures and temperatures, the adsorption depth can be controlled in the process of pressure swing adsorption, The contradiction and technical bottleneck between adsorption and regeneration in traditional PSA cycle are solved, and the application scope of traditional PSA separation is widened. It is especially suitable for: conventional low separation adsorption separation and purification (natural gas purification), simultaneous recovery of multi-component gas (full recovery of electronic tail gas), preparation and purification of ultra pure gas at low temperature separation (hydrogen production from ultra pure hydrogen, pure oxygen preparation from air separation), dehydration of fuel ethanol, etc.
