Technology Application:
The conversion workshop section has optimized the conversion efficiency and material consumption with the raw material of natural gas and other light hydrocarbon. The Two-high THiPSATM technology is adopted for the PSA workshop section to guarantee the high yield and purity of the hydrogen, the technology has reached the world advanced level.
The process of hydrogen production from hydrocarbon as raw material mainly includes: hydrocarbon steam reforming method and hydrocarbon autothermal reforming method. From the arrangement of reformer, it can be divided into one-stage reformer process, double one-stage reformer process (with pre reformer), one-stage reformer + two-stage reformer process and heat exchange reformer process. Hydrocarbon autothermal reformer and primary + secondary reformer processes are mainly used to produce ammonia conversion gas (nitrogen can be supplied), or equipped with air separation unit to burn pure oxygen, but this will make the reaction temperature very difficult to control. The dual primary reformer process is mainly used for advanced hydrocarbon conversion, and the investment of reformer is high, The methane content at the outlet is high, and the process gas with higher temperature is needed to provide heat for it, so it is mainly used in combination with the two-stage reformer (autothermal reformer) to reduce the cost of the first stage reformer.
