Characteristics of ethanol molecular sieve dehydration technology of TECHAIRS:
Molecular sieve adsorbent, the key material used in the plant, is developed and produced by the subsidiary of TECHAIRS.
The molecular sieve adsorbent of the subsidiary company is produced with the technology of Swiss ZEOCHEM company. The products are high-performance products mainly for export, with a service life of more than 8 years. The production base is located in Lianyungang, Jiangsu Province. Molecular sieve products start from raw powder.
The special vacuum regeneration process greatly improves the product yield and reduces the steam consumption. At present, companies in the same industry at home and abroad all adopt the traditional regeneration method of flushing the molecular sieve bed with ethanol (the amount of product required for this part is about 1 / 4 of the scale of the plant), which not only requires more steam consumption, increases the product temperature, but also scours the molecular sieve bed, At the same time, this part of the product gas after washing can not meet the requirements of the product because it carries the water absorbed in the molecular sieve, so it needs to be treated as light wine to reduce the yield of the product. The vacuum regeneration process adopted by Tiancai technology is vacuum regeneration under the condition of adsorption temperature, which does not need to be washed with products, so as to effectively ensure the product yield and save the steam required for regeneration heating.
