The basic components of cartridge valves include spool, sleeve, spring and sealing ring. Depending on their application in the system, they can be classified as directional control components, pressure control components, and flow control components.
Despite having the same mounting dimensions, different types of cartridge valve assemblies have different spool structure forms and sleeve seat diameters.
Cartridge valves are favored because of their small internal resistance, suitable for large flow operation, simple structure, high reliability and high standardization.
The two-way cartridge valve is the basic component of the cartridge valve, which is installed in the body specially designed for this purpose, and is equipped with a cover plate and pilot valve to form a multi-function composite valve.
