Description:

DBW stands for pilot operated relief valve, 10 means the through diameter is 10mm, A1 means normally closed, 52 is the product series, 315 means the pressure level is 315bar, 6E means with directional slide valve, G24 means 24V DC voltage, N9 means with hidden manual emergency operation, K4 means without socket. The valve mainly consists of a pilot valve and a main valve. When the system pressure exceeds the spring-adjusted pressure of the pilot valve, the cone valve is opened, and the pressure oil at the upper end of the main spool flows back to the tank through the damper, the spring chamber and the channel, and the main spool opens under the pressure difference to realize the overflow. At the same time, it can also make the system unloaded at any moment through the solenoid valve.
