Description:

The Sun Cartridge Valve RBAC-LAN is a direct-acting, pilot-operated pressure relief valve manufactured by Sun Hydraulics. Designed to remotely control the pressure setting of other pilot-operated valves, it is suitable for hydraulic systems requiring precise pressure control. The RBAC-LAN valve achieves pressure control via its internal pilot system. When system pressure reaches the set point, the valve core automatically opens, returning excess hydraulic fluid to the tank, thereby maintaining a stable system pressure. The mainstage orifice is protected by a 150-micron stainless steel filter to prevent contaminants and extend valve life. The valve body is constructed of stainless steel, suitable for corrosive environments. It utilizes a Sun floating design to reduce internal component seizure caused by excessive installation torque or cavity/valve core machining deviations. A variety of pressure adjustment ranges are available, such as 25-3000 psi (1.7-210 bar), to meet diverse application requirements.
