The CKBB-XCN series hydraulic valve is a pilot-operated, hydraulically controlled, check valve widely used in industrial hydraulic systems to control the unidirectional flow of hydraulic oil, ensuring system safety and stability. This valve utilizes a non-sealed pressure-guiding design, allowing air in the pilot oil line to escape, thereby reducing the impact of air bubbles on system performance. The valve seat is made of steel, offering high wear resistance and long service life. The valve body is non-vented, ensuring no air leakage under high pressure. It allows free flow of hydraulic oil from the valve port (port 2) to the load port (port 1) while blocking reverse flow, effectively preventing unintended load movement due to reverse flow.
