Product Description
The Bosch Rexroth ZDB6VB2-4X/315V (R900409896) is a high-performance, mechanically actuated industrial hydraulic valve designed for reliable pressure relief at set pressures. This model features a spool valve that is pilot-operated with a variable spindle and external hexagon, as well as a variable screw with an external hexagon for precise adjustments. It has a spool symbol of B T and is capable of handling a maximum pressure within its product group. The ZDB6VB2-4X/315V offers versatility in connection types, including interim assembly options, and follows the connection diagrams of NFPA T..R D Size CETOP D and ISO standards. The valve comes equipped with FKM seals, making it compatible with various hydraulic fluids such as HL, HLP, HLPD, HVLP, HVLPD, HETG, HEES, HEPG, HFDU, and HFDR. This model functions by limiting system pressure through one or two pressure valve cartridges housed within its structure. The system pressure is adjustable via the chosen adjustment type on the valve. In its default state, the valve remains closed until the system pressure prompts the pilot poppet to open when exceeding the set value on the spring.
This action allows hydraulic fluid to flow and modulate the spool accordingly to maintain desired pressure levels. The Bosch Rexroth ZDB6VB2-4X/315V also features external pilot oil drainage through channel T from its spring chambers. It offers various adjustment types including rotary knob options (both lockable and with scale), sleeve with hexagon and protective cap for secure settings. With its sandwich plate design conforming to ISO standards and optional locating hole provision for installation ease, this valve supports multiple circuit options and can be customized with either one or two pressure valve cartridges according to user requirements. Its corrosion-protected design ensures durability in challenging environments while offering a maximum operating pressure of 315 bar and flow rates up to the specified limits for its size category.
