Product Description:
The advantages and features of Rexroth check valves include:
Strong wear resistance: Due to the small friction between the valve disc and the sealing surface of the valve body, the check valve has strong wear resistance during opening and closing.
Small opening height: The opening height is only 1/4 of the diameter of the valve seat channel, which is smaller than other types of valves.
Fewer sealing surfaces: Usually there is only one sealing surface, the manufacturing process is simple, and it is easy to maintain.
Wide application: Suitable for hydraulic and pneumatic systems to prevent reverse flow of oil or compressed air.
Good sealing performance: The hydraulically controlled one-way valve adopts a conical valve core with good sealing performance, which is suitable for occasions where pressure maintenance is required.
Precautions for use include:
Direction of medium flow: When installing the check valve, ensure that the direction of medium flow is consistent with the direction of the arrow indicated on the valve body, otherwise the normal flow of the medium will be cut off.
Prevent water hammer pressure: Water hammer pressure may be generated when the check valve is closed, especially in high-pressure pipelines, and care should be taken to prevent damage to pipelines or equipment.
Proper maintenance: Check the quantity, type and quality of the hydraulic oil regularly to prevent debris from entering the valve body. Avoid scratching the valve body with hard objects when cleaning.
