Product Description
The Bosch Rexroth 4WRA6E15-2X/G24N9K4/V (R900920557) is a high-performance proportional directional valve designed for advanced fluid control applications. This direct operated plate design valve operates through proportional solenoids with a central thread and detachable coil, which are controlled by external electronics. The housing of the valve includes a connection surface and houses the control spool, which is positioned by compression springs. When the solenoids are deenergized, the control spool remains in its central position due to these springs. Upon energization of a proportional solenoid, such as solenoid 'b', the control spool is directly operated and moved proportionally to the electric input signal. This action allows for precise connection from port P to A and B to T through orifice-type cross-sections with progressive flow characteristics. When the solenoid is switched off, the compression spring returns the control spool back to its neutral central position.
This specific model of valve offers two spool positions (type WRA...A...) and is equipped with only one solenoid 'a', while featuring either a plug screw or a cover for configurations requiring NG6 or NG10 respectively. It's crucial that users ensure the tank line does not run dry and, depending on installation conditions, may require a preload valve with approximately 10 bar preload pressure.
