Product Description
The Bosch Rexroth 4WRZE16W8-150-7X/6EG24N9ETK31/F1D3M (R900721116) is a high-performance pilot-operated proportional directional valve designed for controlling the direction and magnitude of fluid flow in hydraulic systems. This model features proportional solenoids that actuate the pilot control valve, which in turn proportionally moves the main control spool based on the electric input signal. The central position of the main control spool is maintained by a centering spring when solenoids are de-energized, ensuring stable operation. The valve's design includes an additional port R for NG size only, allowing for more complex hydraulic circuit configurations. It offers smooth and progressive flow characteristics through orifice-type cross-sections that connect from P to A and B to T.
The pilot oil supply can be routed internally via port P or externally via port X, providing flexibility in system design. This model also includes integrated electronics OBE for streamlined setup and operation. A manual override feature is available, offering the ability to move the control spool without solenoid energization; however, caution is advised as accidental activation may result in uncontrolled machine movements. Users should also be aware that due to its design principle, internal leakage may increase over the lifespan of the valve. The Bosch Rexroth 4WRZE16W8-150-7X/6EG24N9ETK31/F1D3M valve is designed for subplate mounting with a porting pattern according to ISO standards and has a maximum operating pressure of 350 bar with a maximum flow rate of 150 l/min.
