Breast rolls are mainly used in long-net, short-net, and stacked-net papermaking machines. Stainless steel rolls have the following advantages over tin bronze rolls:
1.Has higher rigidity and mechanical strength. Its tensile yield strength and impact toughness are more than double that of copper, which is conducive to improving the dehydration rate.
2.Has higher hardness and abrasion resistance, good impact toughness. It does not deform during long-term high alternating load operation, which is incomparable with copper structure.
