Product description

The decanter centrifuge is a key equipment in the process of solid liquid separation for starch concentration, washing and dewatering. Decanter centrifuge is a horizontal centrifuge with automatic continuous feeding discharging. The settling speed of bowl and screw is determined by the feed material condition, such as particle size, particle shape, the difference in density between solids and liquids as well as their viscosity. The speed of bowl and screw will be adjusted by the VFD through the double motors speed adjustment. By the adjustment of the rotation speed of bowl and screw through the VFD, we can adjust the clarity of the separated juice liquid and moisture content of the discharged grape residue.
