This touch panel uses a G+F composite structure: The G+F composite structure of the touch screen is optical bonding of a capacitive touch screen, which is composed of two materials: Glass and Film. It is a very common structure in small and medium-sized capacitive screens (such as mobile phones, industrial control equipment, portable devices, etc.). This touch screen uses the FT6336G control chip. The G+F structure uses a reinforced glass cover to give the screen excellent impact resistance and surface scratch resistance. At the same time, the underlying PET film sensor realizes touch sensing through an etched ITO grid. This design controls costs while ensuring the thinness of the touch layer. The addition of the FT6336G controller just makes up for the signal stability challenge of thin-film sensors in complex environments. Its built-in high-precision self-capacitance + mutual capacitance detection algorithm can effectively suppress power fluctuations, display noise or environmental electromagnetic interference, and even in industrial scenarios with charger noise or motor interference, it can maintain the accuracy and fluency of coordinate reporting.
