H040A12DHIIL3C40 is a high brightness 4" square IPS TFT-LCD display module with projected capacitive touch panel (CTP); made of resolution 320 x 320 pixels. This module supports SPI+MCU interface, adopts IPS panel, has left: 80 / right: 80 / top: 80 / bottom: 80 degrees (typical), contrast ratio 800: 1 (typical value of wider viewing angle), brightness 350 nits (typical), anti-glare panel, 1:1 aspect ratio. The display screen is suitable for 86 box installation, suitable for central air conditioning display panel, smart machine home appliance control, industrial control, etc.
The H040A12DHIIL3C40 square TFT liquid crystal display module is an integrated driver IC ILI9488 on the module. The interface power supply voltage range is 2.5V to 3.6V, and the typical value is 2.8V. The H040A12 model can operate from -20°C to +70°C; its storage temperature range is -30°C to +80°C.
