Features of the gantry shear
1. 500 tons of hydraulic gantry shears adopt hydraulic transmission. Compared with mechanical transmission shears, it has the advantages of small size, light weight, low inertia, low noise, smooth movement, convenient and flexible operation, large cutting area, convenient adjustment of the scissors mouth, etc. Advantages, safe operation and use, easy to achieve overload protection.
2. The 500-ton hydraulic gantry shear has manual, automatic, and remote control functions. The operation and control are convenient and simple. The scissors mouth can start and stop at any position during the work process, and the cutting mouth can be controlled arbitrarily according to the size of the material to be cut. Size in order to obtain economic work efficiency.
3. The 500-ton hydraulic gantry shear is designed with a fast type. Under the condition of not increasing the power of the motor and the displacement of the oil pump, the speed is kept fast under the shearing (about 400-1600 tons), and the speed will be automatically changed when cutting large materials. Restore the original shear force, thereby improving work efficiency nearly doubled.
4. 500 tons of hydraulic gantry shear belt quick device. Without increasing the power of the motor and the displacement of the oil pump, a fast loop is designed to increase the shearing speed from 8 times per minute to 12 times per minute (referring to the number of times when the scissors are opened), which nearly doubles the work efficiency.
