Product Description:

The product RBMS07-S23-125A480V is a high voltage master Battery Management System (BMS) with an embedded 3.5 inch screen and no parallel function. It is a two-wire system, unlike the others that use a mid-line. It is suitable for an application with a maximum current rating of 125A and a rated voltage of 600V.

The advanced battery management system is highly integrated and performs seamless monitoring. It has a perfect self inspection and operation status detection function. With a HMI display screen, the system operations information is clearly visible. Reliable system control and protection strategies further ensure the battery's safety and extend its service life.

Modular Design, Configurable and Expandable
The battery management system has a modular design, making it configurable and expandable. Multiple energy storage units may be combined together to generate a larger energy storage system, which can support up to 160 batteries in series. It is equipped with various communication interfaces, such as RS485, CAN, Ethernet, and dry contact input/output interfaces. It is compatible with most PCS and monitoring servers on the market.

Flexible Communication Interface Protocol
The company’s communication protocol is programmed into the factory settings. However, the PCS from different manufacturers can also be adapted according to customer needs. It might also have a high capacity memory chip to store key operation data, as well as an SD card for storing historical data of the cell. Additionally, it has automatic circulation control and automatic parallel/offline control, which facilitates parallel connection of battery packs.

Technical Parameters:

The EMS7000 Series offers a wide variety of basic parameters: a maximum current of 125A and 160A (optional), a maximum voltage of 350V and 600V (optional), power consumption of 15W or less, current sampling accuracy of 1%FSR, and insulation withstand voltage of 2800VDC with up to 1mA for 1 minute. With IP20 protection level, the product has a size of 482*132*500 mm and weights approximately 16Kg.

The EMS7000 Series also has several communication ports and can connect to a BMU (CAN), UPS (RS485/CAN) and SBMS (RS485/CAN). The EMS7000 also provides communication with monitoring software through an Ethernet connection. Basic functions such as battery charge & discharge management, battery temperature management and parameter settings are available, and the device also has short circuit protection (750V 20KA20ms). Other functions include precharge setting, parallel circulation control, event record (5000), DC power start option, insulation detection (for system voltage of 300V or higher), HMI display (3.5 inches screen embedded in BMS) and stand-alone or parallel mode settings.

The EMS7000 Series also has two dry contact outputs (optional) available, as well as an aesthetically pleasing RAL9005 black appearance. It can be installed in standard 19-inch racks and incoming and outgoing lines from the front side. It is suitable for operating temperatures between -20℃~60℃ and operating humidity from 5%-75%RH, and Exceeds national standards such as GB/T 16935.1 GB/T 17626.2 GB/T 17626.5. It also meets with CE certification standards for Safety Certification.
