Product overview
YXKK series high-voltage three-phase asynchronous motor (frame size 355-1000) has reasonable structure and advanced technology. It has the advantages of high efficiency, energy saving, low noise, low vibration, reliable operation, convenient installation and maintenance, etc. On the basis of YKK, energy-saving materials are further adopted , Change the electromagnetic design scheme to further improve the motor efficiency, reaching more than 94%.
The power level, installation size and electrical performance of the motor comply with the national standard GB755-2000 "Ratings and performance of rotating electrical machines" and related IEC standards and national industry standard JB/T1031.2-2002. .
The basic installation method of the motor is the horizontal base angle (IMB3), and the working system is the continuous working system (S1).
The motor adopts box structure. The frame is welded with steel plates, light in weight and good in rigidity. The closed air/air cooler is installed on the top of the motor, which is easy to disassemble and facilitate the maintenance and repair of the motor. A slip ring cover can be used to observe the operating viewing window.
The stator adopts an external pressure fit structure, and the stator winding adopts F-class insulating material, and the ends are reliably fixed and bound. During the manufacturing process, it has undergone multiple inter-turn pulse voltage tests and grounding withstand voltage tests, and has adopted foreign advanced vacuum pressure. Immersion Solventless Paint Plant and Process (VPI) treatment. Therefore, the motor has excellent and reliable insulation properties, good mechanical strength, and strong moisture resistance.
